A1 Bulgaria(part of A1 Group, is a leading company on the telecommunications market in Bulgaria with a 20-year long history) partnered ZTE to hold a demonstration of 5G applications via a 5G network it built in its shop located inside Mall of Sofia. The demonstration ran until 23 December and was done through Roborn’s 5G human-controlled robot with special sensors and a 5G network. Roborn’s robot showed applications of 5G technology in areas such as automation and robotics in society and industry. All visitors were able to take pictures with Roborn robot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The technical director of A1 Group , geneal manager of ZTE Austria and ZTE ‘s marketing director in Europe were taking picture with Roborn robot. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

During the demonstration, A1 used our special robot that is remotely controlled via a 5G SA network. The robot is controlled by a person who carries sensors on his hands and through them controls the actions of the robot’s hands and fingers. With 5G connectivity, our robot can reproduce human actions within 6 to 10 milliseconds, or nearly 5 times faster than the functionalities of 4G and Wi-Fi networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors to Mall of Sofia was able to see the ways in which robot is controlled through a 5G network in a simulated environment of industrial production and automation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
