However, the problem of human capital flight has worsened in recent years. John Lee, Chief Executive of HKSAR, released the \u20182022 Policy Address\u2019 on Oct 19<sup>th<\/sup>, proposing a number of plans to attract innovation and technology talents to Hong Kong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark Mak, the CTO of Roborn, expressed his expectations for the \u2018Policy Address\u2019 and hope to contribute to solving the talent problem. As the co-founder of a start-up tech company that employs a few \u2018Hong Kong drifters\u2019 (\u6e2f\u6f02), Mark suggested that specialists could be arranged to make non-local talents \u2018feel at home\u2019 in all aspects of life.
